One-on-one support and assistance for HDR candidates and researchers at RMIT University can be requested via the request research advice form. The Library Research Services team can assist with choosing a reference management software, getting started with EndNote, Zotero and Mendeley, as well as providing advanced support for these applications.
You can also request assistance with EndNote through Ask the Library chat and email service and find further information and advice in the EndNote subject guide. There are many online tutorials available from EndNote’s website, as well as a very useful YouTube channel.

Mendeley provides online help via instructional help guides and also has its own YouTube channel.
